Premium Full Bodied External Porcelain, imported direct. Ideal for paths, patios and garden features. Full Bodied meaning when the stone is cut and any edges on show give the illusion of a solid stone.

Rectified meaning they have a crisp, machined finish making them perfectly square with precise 90 degree corners. Vitrified which means they are produced to a high quality and consistent body finish. Super hard wearing, non porous, reusable and reliably flat porcelain that is a very natural looking material. Contains several'faces' but overall are very consistent coloured'stone effect' paving.

The crates are taken off using a tail lift and pump truck (manual pallet trolley). If you have a sloped or loose gravel / slate chipping area, grass etc. If your driveway is accessible by the wagon it may be possible for the wagon to pull onto your drive. The wagon must only pull onto your drive with your permission. Any extra service agreed between customers and driver is strictly not part of the contract between our company and the consumer.

That's 10,000 tonnes of stone! Porcelain is a man-made material, and therefore there can be variation in colour/tone from batch to batch. Please note - the photographs shown are as accurate as the lighting conditions and your personal computer calibration can allow and should be used as a guide only. Please note we can send 1no - 100x100mm sample piece per sample box in mo. St of our external materials.

Due to the natural variations that occur, samples of this size help show texture and are a rough guide to how the material will look. We believe a photo of a complete patio area gives a better representation of colour variation. As do most builders' merchants, we always recommend that you order 10% more paving than required, to allow for any breakages and cuts when fitting. In the unlikely event that you receive any damaged slabs within your order, 99 times out of 100, these pieces can be used in your patio as cuts. You will be surprised when cutting around corners, steps and features how much more material is used.

All reports of damage / faults or breakages must be supported by photographic evidence (within its original packaging). When ordering your paving you always include at least 10% for cuts, wastage and breakages. We treat each report of damages separately at our discretion.

We ask that you have a tolerance for a small number of breakages to occur in transit. In some cases we may credit for breakages that occur during transit subject to quantity and evidence.

Last minute cancellations or amendments will incur transport costs for the return, depending on the progress of the goods via the pallet network. Should the customer wish to return an item to us, we ask that they notify us in writing within 14 days from receipt of the goods prior to arranging the return, and please bear in mind we will need to supply the full address details for the return as our stock yard is not the same address as our invoice address due to the access restrictions. Our products are supplied in standard sizes which vary accordingly to the type of product / material that you order. The layout which will suit your patio/project must be decided by you and each different environment will affect the amount of cuts and therefore the resulting wastage allowance required.

We do not supply laying patterns. Minimum orders going long distance is 5m2 unless the material is being collected or you send in your own courier.
