9ct Gold Grey Scottish Jasper Agate Ring Cabochon Hallmarked 1970's Size UK N. 5
Vintage 9ct gold jasper ring hallmarked set with a high domed grey cabochon having full UK hallmarks for 9ct and dates 1974. Designed in a Victorian style with two gold spheres to each side of the stone. Overall in reasonable condition, the high claw set stone being secure within its setting. The ring has some associated historic wear i. Faint scratches to the stone and a small fault line to the underside of one of the shoulders apparent when viewed closely, this does not affect the rings wearability and the fault does not extend through the metal (see last two photos). All photos are taken super close up in natural daylight.
A good weight at 2.7 grams the price reflects the fault and. Condition as described above, looks really nice on and is a very unusual grey jasper ring. Please note that the antique box is not included, this ring will come in a new ring box. Hallmarked: Birmingham, 9ct, 375, dates 1974.
