Kandla Grey Stone Cobbles and Setts are a very versatile stone products. If you are paving an area with flags or paving stones, you can use stone cobbles as an edging. Alternatively, cobbles and setts are perfect for use in driveways, either as an edging or for the entirety of the driveway. The cobbles are incredibly durable and can take a lot of pressure so are perfect for this use. This is one of the most hard-waring sandstones, even those who have very little time to maintain the look of their garden through the year don't need to worry as Kandla Grey ages remarkably well and will always pull off a beautiful traditional look.

This cobbles have been split by hand which is a perfect medium between a rustic and contemporary look. Once the stone has been excavated, each slab has been expertly split by hand to give a classic look. The edges are rough, but still fall in straight lines so remain easy to lay.

The surface of these cobbless have a riven effect. The cobbles have a completely natural surface. Our products are not only of the highest quality, but they also possess a consistency that is essential when purchasing natural and&#######xA0;porcelain products. We always have a wide variety of landscaping products in stock, with over 15,000 square meters of inventory on hand at any given time. Our inventory includes a wide range of Limestone, Sandstone, Slate, Granite and Porcelain products. We firmly believe in the saying &#####x201C;you get what you pay for&#####x201D;, especially when it comes to purchasing natural stone and porcelain materials. Through our years of experience, we have learned that when a price from other suppliers seems too good to be true, there is usually a catch somewhere. These catches can include flaky or riven paving, poor calibration, and badly sized stock. To ensure that our customers receive the best quality products, we only have our stock delivered from the port to our Peterborough depot.

Here, we personally inspect all of our goods to identify and remove any damages before dispatching it to the customer. In contrast, many suppliers now operate from a port warehouse to save on rent and transport cost. This often results in their stock being loaded by third parties who lack experience in stone quality and who may not identify or remove any damaged slabs before dispatch. Please note that while the images on our listings will always accurately depict the color and stone type advertised, there may be variations in the size or edge type of the product as shown in the imagery, compared to what is described in the listing. The product description is always correct and should be used as the primary reference point.

The images are intended as a visual representation of the product color and finish, and may not perfectly match the size or edge type of the specific product. It's also worth noting that some of the images in our listings may have been taken when the product&#######xA0;was wet or sealed, which can cause it to appear darker than it actually is. Additionally, lighting conditions such as weather&#######xA0;can also affect the appearance of the product&#######xA0;in the photograph. Reporting Damage on arrival information. We take great care to ensure the quality of our products by conducting multiple inspections before they are dispatched.

Our online ordering system allows for easy and convenient purchasing of heavy goods at competitive prices. However, it is important to note that these goods may have to travel long distances before reaching their final destination. During transit, it is possible that a pallet may be loaded and unloaded multiple times, potentially up to six times, as it travels through various depots across the country. Please keep in mind that our cobbles&#######xA0;pavers are not individually packaged, but instead packed in a single pallet or crate.

This helps us keep costs low for our customers, but it also means that some form of breakages or chips to edges or corners may occur during transportation. Therefore, we allow for a tolerance of up to 10% of an order to be chipped or damaged before it is considered unacceptable. In instances where you believe the item to be damaged, please open the documents enclosed and make sure you sign the paperwork accordingly as instructed above and hand it to the driver. If you have any doubts about the condition of the goods, it is important to note "Damages Received" on the paperwork.

&#####x200B;&#####x200B;&#####x200B;&#####x200B;&#####x200B;&#####x200B;&#####x200B. Photographs:&#######xA0; To successfully process a damage claim, we need photographs of both the goods in the original packaging &#####x2013; still boxed &#####x2013; and images of them laid out showing any clear damages.

Based on the information provided above, we strongly recommend that when placing an order, you order an additional 10% of the required quantity to cover the possibility of damages upon arrival, especially if you are under time constraints or have contractors scheduled to perform the work. Ideally, all goods will arrive without damages, and any additional pavers can be used as spares for future extension or replacements. However, if you realize you need to order extra pavers, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to add them to your order. How the number of cobbles are calculated. Please be aware that these numbers are based on weight estimates and therefore, the actual number of cobbles may vary by plus or minus 10%. But no need to worry, this should not be a concern for you.

Our weight estimates are extremely accurate and we regularly conduct spot testing to ensure that the number of cobbles received matches the number ordered. Please note that this does not affect the quality of the product in any way. Our Indian Sandstone cobbles are still the same premium quality that you have come to expect from Primethorpe Paving. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and products.

Our product descriptions aim to be detailed and accurate, but there are a few things to keep in mind when purchasing our natural stone products. Colours descriptions are&#######xA0;subjective and may vary between products. For example, one slab may be a shade of grey while another may be a browner color.

If you have any concerns, we recommend ordering a sample pack to see a small representation of the product before making your full order. Our products may have natural imperfections such as riven surfaces, mineral lines and markings, iron oxide spots, and natural indents and raised areas, these will not be deemed as a fault but as part of the natural aapearance of the stone. Advertised thickness is given as a guide, we&#######xA0;allow for a tolerance of up to 20% (or 5mm) on some stated thicknesses&#######xA0;before we deem it to be unacceptable.

You can&#######xA0;expect a large number of cobbles&#######xA0;per pack to be at the advertised thickness but on occasion some may messure slightly less or slightly more. There may be some tolerance in the width and length of our cobbles, &#######xA0;in some instances cobbles&#######xA0;that are advertised for example at 10cm (100mm) may indeed measure 10.5cm (105mm) or infact 9.50cm (95mm). We are constantly updating our product prices. We are confident of our technology and staff but acknowledge that human error is always possible. If goods are offered for sale incorrectly, we will always try to honour the price.

There may be rare circumstances where it is not possible for us to do so. We aim to keep sufficient stock levels on hand.

However, in times of unexpectedly high demand we may unfortunately run out. If this happens, we may delay dispatch of your order while new stock is delivered. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. In the unlikely event that you need to return your order, we're here to help.

However, there may be occasional delays of up to 24 hours due to unforeseen circumstances. To avoid any potential loss of earnings, we strongly advise against scheduling any tradesmen or contractors to begin work until the products have physically arrived. If you choose to schedule a contractor before the arrival of your goods, we will not be held responsible for any resulting loss of earnings. It is important to note that it is your responsibility to inform us of any access problems prior to placing your order. If you believe access to be tight, you can request a smaller 7.5 tonne vehicle instead. To avoid these charges, the driver may leave the goods unsigned with prior agreement, but this will waive your right to report any shortages or damages. The courier can only guarantee a kerbside drop or a drop at the nearest accessible point on a hard surface.

At the driver's discretion, they may move the goods onto a driveway or front garden, but it is unlikely that they will move the goods into a back garden. However, any additional services offered are strictly between you and the haulier, and not a part of the contract between Primethorpe Paving Ltd and yourself. If your property has loose gravel chippings, soft, uneven ground, or an incline/decline present, the pump truck will not be able to pass and the products will be left at the nearest suitable area. Deliveries can be made between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm.

However, please note that this call is not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to provide an up-to-date mobile number for us.
