Stone is a natural product which means there will always be slight variations in colour and texture across packs. Some types of stone can be affected by efflorescence or staining by jointing, bedding and fixing compounds/mortar.

Once installed, proper care and maintenance will help to minimise wear and keep your stone looking its best. We recommend sealing the sandstone using a high quality sealant (such as EASY-Seal) before installation. Please note stone can be damaged or stained by sealers which are not suitable for natural stone. If in doubt, please seek expert advice and test a small area beforehand. Please note that natural stone will change colour over time. A nationwide courier service for smaller items. Collection in person from our premises. There will be a small charge for these deliveries based on mileage. We are able to offer timed and Saturday deliveries for a small additional charge. Sufficient access for a large tail lift vehicle is required. Deliveries will be made using a tail lift vehicle and pallet pump truck to kerbside only. If there is no suitable standing area or there is restricted access to the property, the goods may be offloaded on to the kerb. Pallet pump trucks cannot be maneuvered over any uneven surfaces including grass, gravel, inclines or declines. If there is no one available, the courier may arrange to leave the goods at the property in a safe place. With permission from the customer and at the driver's discretion, goods may be offloaded directly on to your premises providing there is a suitable hard-standing area available such as a tarmac driveway. However please note that any damages caused to the goods and/or any property is not the responsibility of Rennew. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure we have the correct telephone contact number. We strongly recommend you do not arrange to have tradesmen or contractors on site until after goods have been delivered and thoroughly inspected, Rennew cannot be held liable for any costs.
