Hay Stone operates a small sandstone quarry in the Black Mountains of England & Wales, from where we hand source and process naturally-riven sheets of grey sandstone. From these we can manufacture bespoke stone hearthstones to virtually any size (within certain natural limits) and shape you require. We specialize in manufacturing large t-shaped hearthstones to fit into existing fireplaces. Front and side edges are hand-dressed to create a rustic appearance and to remove sharp edges.
