Our gate pillars are ideal for creating an impressive entrance feature for new or existing properties. We have a striking range of plain and moulded designs. In various sizes, all of which can be altered in height with the removal or addition of individual shafts. They are decorative stone only and not to be used without structural support.

Therefore, we make them with a hollow core to incorporate steel reinforcing. Or concrete but most of our customers hang gates separately on steel posts just behind the pillars.

Each price is for a pair of the selected pillar design which includes everything as shown on the technical drawing ie. Pier cap or finial top. This listing also includes our two newest pillar designs: our Block and Quoin pillars! The Block pillars offer a more simplistic and sophisticated design while the quoin pillars add extra detail in the chamfered edges of the blocks to create an eye catching aesthetic suitable for any property. Both of these designs are built on site by individual pieces. All of our products are available in a range of natural stone shades with the same texture and feel as carved stone. Everything we manufacture is to British Standard, is completely frostproof and for decorative purposes only.

The carriage cost is based on location and is priced per pallet; however, several items may fit on 1 pallet. The following price is for a single pallet weighing up to 800kg going to mainland England, Scotland & Wales. Due to the weight of cast stone items, they have to be delivered on pallets and by a specialist pallet haulier.

The goods are delivered on lorries fitted with a tail-lift and once offloaded the pallets are moved with a pallet truck - onto solid firm surfaces only. Items cannot be offloaded onto gravel driveways. Alternatively, goods can be collected from our factory. If no one is in to check and sign for the goods, or if the goods cannot be safely moved once unloaded and have to be redelivered an additional carriage cost will be payable prior to redelivery. Designs include apex, once weathered and flat top copings to suit different wall thicknesses and for rendered walls or railings. Our wide selection of designs are suitable for boundary walls, parapets, gables, and swimming pools. We also offer the added benefit of matching corners and terminal ends eliminating the need to mitre corners on site and ensuring a neat and professional finish. Plinth and string courses are used to add contrasting features to a larger area of wall usually sits a couple of courses below the copings or as a plinth at the bottom.
