These items are Made per order. Our current lead times are Approximate. Please be advised that the lighter colour dyes we use, when mixed with natural sand and stone can have slight shade variations throughout the items. Also these colours can take slightly longer to dry to their final colour, so may seem a bit dark in places at first. Please also note that the true final finish won't be revealed until a period of exposure to sunlight and weathering. Items are made in our workshop in Newhaven, East Sussex. Please note Terms and Conditions. The colour of the items will differ slightly from batch to batch due to the use of natural sand and stone, so will not match any new orders. However if the items are Natural concrete you can return them to us within 14 days. Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made to the bottom of the driveway or kerbside Only, using a vehicle with a tail lift (a platform which lowers down). The pallet is lowered to the ground using an electric tail lift and pulled off using a manual pallet truck.

Therefore, it is very important that the surrounding ground is flat and level such as concrete or tarmac. Grass, Gravel and Soil are not suitable. Suitable access may be needed for a 20ft lorry or additional charges may apply. The pallet may weigh up to 1 tonne.
